| X-ray Image Intensifier
Optics Designing and
building lenses to transfer the image from the output of an
x-ray image intensifier (XRII) tube to the sensor in a camera
requires very special discipline.
Extreme care is required to
minimize reflections at the lens surfaces and to assure the
utmost cleanliness in side the lens to avoid image artifacts.
|
 |
| The lenses must have
low vignetting and high resolution at maximum aperture at finite
conjugates and they must be as compact and light as possible.
Finally, in may systems, all elements of the lens must be
motorized.
Optec has been meeting these
requirement for its entire existence, providing very high
quality optics to the most demanding x-ray equipment vendors in
the world. |
